Ticket, Registration & Refund Policy

01Scope

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

This policy applies to tickets and registrations for our events, including Supper Club, Haven, and Festival.

02Refunds

• Refund requests made at least 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund, less non-recoverable processing fees.
• Requests made between 30 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Requests made fewer than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• Processing fees charged by our ticketing or payment provider are not refundable.

03Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event by contacting us with the new attendee's details. Application-only events may require the replacement attendee to meet the same criteria.

04Application-only events

Some programs, including Supper Club, are application or referral only. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, and application fees, where charged, are not refundable.

05No-shows

Tickets are not refundable for non-attendance, and unused tickets have no cash value.

06Changes by the organizer

Speakers, programming, venues, and schedules may change. Changes to lineup or programming are not grounds for a refund.

If we cancel an event outright, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future event. If we postpone an event, your ticket transfers to the new date; if you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the announcement.

07Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
