Last updated August 4, 2026

01Consent

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We send email only to people who ask to receive it. Where we send text messages, we do so only with your prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

02What we send

  • Newsletters covering our programs, community, and content.
  • Announcements about events, tickets, applications, and deadlines.
  • Transactional messages — registration confirmations and donation receipts.

03Consent is not a condition

Agreeing to receive marketing messages is never a condition of registering for an event, donating, or participating in our programs.

04Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. For text messages, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.

05How to opt out

  • Email — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message.
  • Text — reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for assistance.
  • Or contact hello@createcultivate.llc and ask to be removed.

06Transactional messages

Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send messages needed to complete a transaction you started, such as a registration confirmation or a donation receipt.

07CAN-SPAM compliance

Our marketing email identifies the sender, includes our physical mailing address, describes its commercial or charitable purpose honestly, and provides a working opt-out that we honor promptly.
