01Recording at our events

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We photograph, film, and record audio at our events for documentation, promotion, and educational purposes.

02Consent by attendance

By entering an event venue or joining a virtual event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant Create & Cultivate an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your name, likeness, voice, image, and statements in any medium now known or later developed, in connection with our charitable mission, programs, promotion, and fundraising.

03No compensation

You understand that no compensation is due to you for this use, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.

04How to opt out

Tell us at registration or at the event check-in desk that you do not wish to be recorded, and we will note it and make reasonable efforts to keep you out of captured media. You may also email hello@createcultivate.llc to request removal of a specific image after publication, and we will honor reasonable requests where it is technically practical.

05Third-party media

Press, sponsors, and other attendees may also capture media at our events. We do not control their use of that material, and this release does not extend to them.

06Speakers and honorees

Speakers, panelists, and honorees may be asked to sign a separate written release covering session recordings and their distribution.
