01Why this matters

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

The Federal Trade Commission requires that material connections between an endorser and a brand be disclosed clearly. We follow the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

02Sponsored content

Where a partner pays for, or provides consideration in exchange for, content on our site, in our newsletter, or on our podcast, we label it clearly and near the content itself — using terms such as “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” or “Presented by” — so it cannot be missed.

03Event sponsors

Our events are supported by sponsors. Sponsorship funds programming and does not entitle a sponsor to control editorial content, speaker selection, or the views expressed on our stages.

04Affiliate links

If we use affiliate links that earn us a commission, we disclose that fact where the links appear. A commission never changes what we choose to recommend.

05Testimonials and results

Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person giving them and are not a promise of typical results. We do not offer compensation in exchange for a positive testimonial, and we disclose any material connection where one exists.

06Our own advertising

We advertise our programs on third-party platforms. Those ads identify us as the advertiser. Where advertising cookies are used to measure or target our campaigns, we set them only after you consent.

07Editorial independence

Coverage, honoree selection, and podcast guests are chosen on editorial merit. Paying us does not buy inclusion.
