01Our tax status

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our federal Employer Identification Number is 88-1557753.

02Public inspection rights

Federal law gives the public the right to inspect and copy our three most recent annual information returns (Form 990) and our application for exemption, including the IRS determination letter. We make these available as required.

03How to request documents

Request copies by emailing hello@createcultivate.llc or writing to us at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093. We respond to written requests within 30 days and may charge a reasonable fee for copying and postage, as permitted by law. In-person requests are handled the same day where practicable.

04Independent sources

Our filings are also available through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search and third-party databases that republish Form 990 data.

05Use of funds

Contributions support our charitable and educational programs, including our events, content, and community initiatives that advance women personally and professionally.
