Festival is the largest gathering we produce — two days and several thousand women in business, across a main stage, working sessions, and a floor built for meeting people rather than collecting tote bags. It is the widest-access program we run, and the one that funds much of the rest of our work.
How it works
- Main stage
- Long-form conversations with founders, executives, and cultural figures — the decisions and the mistakes, not the highlight reel.
- Working sessions
- Small-room, practical clinics on fundraising, hiring, pricing, brand, and operations, capped so questions actually get answered.
- Office hours
- Booked one-to-one slots with investors, operators, and specialists. Free to all attendees and allocated by ballot rather than by who books fastest.
- The floor
- Space designed for meeting people, including structured matchmaking for attendees who tell us what they are looking for.

- Are sessions recorded?
- Selected main-stage sessions are recorded and published free on our podcast and channels afterwards.
- Is there financial assistance?
- Yes. Free and reduced-price passes are available and are released before general sale.
- I can only attend one day.
- Single-day passes are available at a reduced rate.
