01Data controller

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We act as the data controller for personal information collected through our site, events, and communications.

04International transfers

We are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the EEA and UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
