01Our commitment

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We want everyone to be able to use our website and attend our events, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

02Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

03Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with meaningful headings and landmarks.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
• Keyboard access to interactive controls, with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, which disables our animated marquee and smooth scrolling.
• Captions and transcripts for recorded content where available.

04Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed or link to — ticketing, podcast platforms, and press coverage — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

05Accessibility at our events

Tell us about accessibility needs during registration and we will work with you and the venue to accommodate them, including seating, mobility access, dietary requirements, and interpretation where we can arrange it.
