01Our policy

Create & Cultivate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753, with its principal mailing address at 2413 Kittyhawk Dr, Plano, TX 75025-6093.

We admit participants to our programs and administer our educational, charitable, employment, and volunteer activities without discrimination.

02Protected characteristics

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran or military status, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

03Scope

• Admission to and participation in our programs and events.
• Access to scholarships, financial assistance, and other benefits we offer.
• Employment, including hiring, compensation, promotion, and termination.
• Selection of volunteers, board members, speakers, and vendors.

04Mission-focused programming

Our charitable mission centers on advancing women personally and professionally. Programs designed to serve that mission are conducted consistent with applicable law.

05Accessibility and accommodation
