Tax deductibility

Create & Cultivate is recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 88-1557753. We provide a written acknowledgement for every contribution, and a contemporaneous written acknowledgement meeting IRS substantiation requirements for gifts of $250 or more. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless stated in writing at the time of the gift.
