Why we exist
We exist because access, not ability, is what most often holds women back in business. Networks, mentors, and practical know-how are unevenly distributed — and they are decisive.
We close that gap by producing educational programming, publishing free career and entrepreneurship content, and convening women at every stage of their careers so they can learn directly from those a few steps ahead.
Our industry-leading events and content, provide the tools, connections, and resources to advance women personally and professionally. We are redefining what it means to be a modern working woman and shaping the new era of ambition.
What we do
Our charitable activities fall into four areas, all delivered directly by the organization.
- Education
- Workshops, panels, and sessions covering entrepreneurship, funding, leadership, and career growth — led by practitioners, not theorists.
- Free Content
- A weekly podcast and newsletter distributed at no cost, making the same guidance available to women who cannot attend an event in person.
- Community
- Curated gatherings that connect founders, operators, and creators with peers, mentors, and investors who can open doors.
- Access
- Scholarship and complimentary places at our events so cost is not a barrier to participation.
