Supper Club

Supper Club is our smallest and most personal program. Seventy-five women share a single long table for an evening built around structured conversation rather than small talk. It exists because the most useful career advice is rarely given from a stage — it is given across a table, by someone who solved the problem last year.
How it works
- Structured seating
- Seats are assigned. We place people beside those whose experience is most useful to them, rather than leaving connection to chance.
- Guided conversation
- Each course opens with a prompt drawn from what attendees said they were working through during the application. No panels, no pitching.
- Chatham House rule
- What is said at the table stays there. Candour is the point, and it requires safety.
- Follow-through
- Attendees leave with the contact details of everyone at their table and an introduction to the people they most wanted to meet.
Common questions
- Do I need to be a founder?
- No. Roughly half the room are operators, investors, or creatives rather than founders.
- What does the application involve?
- A short form describing what you are working on and what you are trying to figure out. It takes about ten minutes.
- How far in advance should I apply?
- Applications typically close three weeks before each dinner, and seats are limited.
